Delivery

No work is created in advance. Each piece is executed by the artist within fourteen days of acquisition and dispatched thereafter.

Lots 001 and 002 are dispatched by tracked courier within the United Kingdom. Delivery is expected within three to five working days of dispatch. The delivery charge is stated at checkout and is, in certain cases, greater than the price of the work. The gallery regards this as a matter for the collector's conscience.

Lot 003 is delivered by white-glove service at a time arranged with the collector. There is no additional charge; it has been accounted for.

Lots 004, 005 and 006 — delivery arrangements are agreed by private treaty.

Works from The Rainbow are delivered by white-glove service at a time arranged with the collector.

The gallery currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. Collectors elsewhere may enquire in writing and are asked to be patient.

If a delivery fails or a work arrives damaged, the collector should notify the gallery in writing within a reasonable time. A damaged work will be re-executed — the practice, unusually, permits this — or the acquisition refunded in full.
